If you wish to request a refund for outstanding credit balances on your account, please follow the procedure to ensure proper handling and timely processing of your refund request:

Contact Ospine Surgical Center’s business office to initiate the refund process.

Upon confirmation by business office personnel, the specific account will be thoroughly reviewed before proceeding with the refund.

After processing the refund, it may take your bank up to 30 days to release the funds to you.

*Note – If there are additional outstanding balances on the account besides the charges in question, the requested refund will be adjusted accordingly and processed accordingly.
